Success On The Spectrum (SOS) – South Riding is looking for a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team.

This is a hybrid clinical position providing supervision and clinical services both at our South Riding center and in clients' homes within our local service area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision in the center and clients' homes
• Supervise, train, and support RBTs
• Conduct assessments and monitor client progress
• Provide caregiver/parent training
• Collaborate with families and the clinical team
• Maintain documentation and payer requirements

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification
• Virginia Behavior Analyst license or eligibility
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to travel locally for scheduled in-home supervision
• Reliable transportation
• Newer BCBAs are welcome to apply
