Your Impact as a BCBA
As a BCBA/Lead BCBA at Success On The Spectrum - Pelham, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering life-changing ABA services. Success in this position means providing high-quality, individualized treatment plans, effectively leading and mentoring RBTs, and collaborating closely with families to achieve meaningful outcomes for our clients. You'll contribute to a supportive and innovative environment where every team member's expertise is leveraged for the greatest good. Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs based on comprehensive assessments, ensuring all interventions are evidence-based and client-centered.
- Provide direct supervision, training, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), fostering their professional development and ensuring treatment fidelity.
- Conduct regular data analysis and program modifications to ensure client progress and treatment effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with families, providing parent training and support to facilitate generalization of skills across environments.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, progress, and supervisory activities in accordance with ethical guidelines and company policies.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and supervising programs for individuals with autism.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, and an ALL-IN team approach!
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development.
