🏢 Clinic-Based Services | Carolina Behavioral Innovations, LLC (CBI)

• Base Salary: $72,000 – $85,000 (based on experience)
• Quarterly Bonus Opportunity: Up to $15,600/year
• Annual Bonus: Up to 5% of total annual compensation

This position is primarily clinic-based, offering consistent client access, team collaboration, and structured support for both clients and providers. We also provide in-home and school-based services when clinically appropriate.

 What You’ll Do

• Work from our Anderson-based clinic, with limited travel if needed
• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, FBAs)
• Design and oversee individualized, data-driven ABA treatment plans
• Supervise RBTs and BCBA candidates (competencies, feedback, session reviews)
• Provide caregiver training and occasional direct services
• Maintain 32 billable hours/week (for full-time)
• Monthly 1:1 meetings with the CEO to review cases and set goals

• Onboard and support RBTs and BCBA candidates
• Conduct weekly competencies and documentation reviews
• Collaborate with admin and clinical leadership to improve systems
• Mentor and retain high-quality staff in a supportive, ethical work culture

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification
• Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Knowledge of ethical standards and best ABA practices
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance
• Strong communication, time management, and team-building skills
