Success On The Spectrum provides free supervision and hands-on training to individuals enrolled in a Board Certified Behavior Analyst school. SOS is an approved practicum site for many universities. Our university partnerships allow all SOS employees to access college tuition discounts!
Our paid internship program supports our culture of excellence, accountability, and critical thinking. You will be trained to do everything that the BCBA does and supervised by them while you work. Once you graduate, there is a guaranteed path to remain at SOS as a BCBA for newly opening locations. Ask us about our student loan tuition reimbursement program!

Our play-based model emphasizes on NET, so we take clients on field trips! We also encourage high parent involvement and allow parents to watch their child’s therapy live from our viewing room!

- Client material creation and preparation
- Directly Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under the direction of BCBA
- Incorporate sensory activities into the session (Arts/Crafts/Activities/Games)
- Record client data into Central Reach program
- Convert appointments into billing
- Write detailed SOAP notes
- Attend weekly team meetings with BCBA
- Attend weekly performance goal meetings with CEO
- Attend Quarterly in-service trainings and team bonding activities
- General Cleaning/Sanitizing duties
- All job duties are subjected to change
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree completed
- Must be enrolled in a Masters program and started your BCBA coursework
- No criminal background
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to lift at least 40 pounds, to sit on the floor, and to be physically active
