Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst - Clinical Supervisor in Mount Dora, Florida.

About Roots Behavior:

Roots is a BCBA owned, small private behavior analysis practice with clinics in both Mount Dora and Winter Garden, Florida. We take a very hands-on, integrative, outside the box approach to behavior analysis, with an abundance of opportunities for those we serve. This includes more experiences in the community, a homeschool co-op option, outdoor exploration, and many special events through the year. Our clinics are non-traditional in the sense, offering a more “homelike“ feel with an open concept. While our overall environment is more relaxed and comfortable, we are heavily rooted in the science of behavior analysis and take great care and oversight of our data collection methods and interventions. The right fit for us is someone who is compassionate, warm, loves to connect with children and families, loves the science of behavior analysis, is open to new ideas and is coachable. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you! The position is open newly certified BCaBA as well.

We offer a shorter work day, hours between 8-3pm Monday-Friday, the option for salary or hourly, flexible time off, and PTO options for salaried employees.
