We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our insurance office operations and provide DMV registration services. This role involves assisting clients with insurance-related inquiries, managing administrative tasks, and completing DMV registration transactions. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in person, over the phone, and via email with professionalism and courtesy.
- Answer client inquiries related to insurance policies, billing, and claims.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and managing client records.
- Assist clients with DMV-related services, such as vehicle registration, title transfers, and renewals (training provided).
- Process insurance payments and assist in issuing policy documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and DMV regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Previous experience in customer service, insurance, or administrative roles (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish).
