Duties

• Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble sandwiches according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision, maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by regularly cleaning workstations, dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols.
• Restock supplies, manage food inventory, and assist with food handling to ensure freshness and availability.
• Support team members with bussing tables, food prep, and other tasks to keep the restaurant organized and efficient.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurants is preferred but not required; culinary or restaurant experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in transaction processing.
• Strong time management skills to handle busy periods while maintaining quality standards.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory management.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
