About the Role:
The Senior Accountant reports to the Director, Accounting, supporting the monthly close process. This role will work cross-functionally with FP&A and various business partners across the organization to ensure proper accounting.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracyand proper documentation in accordance with GAAP
· Own and manage assigned general ledger accounts, performing detailed reconciliations on a monthly basis
· Lead or support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities to meet established deadlines
· Analyze and investigate variances in account balances, providing clear explanations to management
· Provide support for quarterly and annual internal and external third-party audits
· Actively identify ways to eliminate non-value work and leverage automation whenever possible
· Fully leverage available technology and drive the organization to embrace new technologies as they become relevant (i.e. advancedanalytics, data visualization, process automation, data warehousing, etc.)
· Ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed
· Follow internal controls and company policies as set by company and job function
· Contribute to the success of the company by leading or assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned
Essential Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field required
Minimum of 4–6 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity
· Public accounting experience (Big 4 or regional firm) is a plus
· CPA designation or active progress toward CPA licensure strongly preferred
· Strong working knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
· Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics); experience with multi-entity environments preferred
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including
pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial modeling
· Team player with strong interpersonal skills
· Ability to work cross functionally in order to achieve desired results

Compensation: The base pay range for this role is $91,400-$114,400 annually.
Pay within this range will be determined in good faith based on job-related
factors, which may include skills, experience, education/training, location,
and internal equity
