- Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining employee records
- Assist with onboarding tasks such as gathering and processing paperwork
- Support payroll processing by verifying approval of timesheets, entering deductions, etc.
- Assist with coordinating recruitment efforts, including but not limited to posting job ads, forwarding qualified candidates to managers, and communicating with applicants
- Assist with tracking of FMLA hours and ensuring proper processing of documentation
- Support HR projects such as training programs, employee engagement initiatives
- Assist with terminations
- Assist with benefits Administration
- Ensure compliance, coordination, and communication
