Key Responsibilities
- Manage file integrity & organization, both in paper and digital format, including Sharepoint repository
- Follow up on bids, including updating CRM data, ensuring win/loss closing data is submitted timely
- Support field scheduling and central calendar management of field measures, repairs, and overall team operations
- Verify accuracy of labor assignments for both hourly & footage-pay to ensure proper labor cost allocation to each project
- Compile bid data for all jobs won subject to percent-of-completion accounting, in tandem with accounting
- Support any reforecasting, including at 50% milestones or other profitability review, in tandem with accounting
- Track change order requests, executed change orders, and any associated costs to CO-specific non-scope work
- Support documentation of inventory usage for both job sheets & load sheets
- Field phone calls, review voicemails, and aptly assign available team members based on client & vendor needs
- Help with other growth initiatives, administrative, and technology projects needed by the management team
