We are looking for a qualified Daily Substitute Teacher to work consistantly at the Curtisville Primary School within in the Deer Lakes School District. This candidate would need to work in a consistant basis, 2-3 times per week.

Duties

- Support students’ individual learning styles, including those with special needs such as autism or in early childhood education settings
- Maintain clear communication with school staff and students to promote a positive classroom atmosphere
- Assist with classroom management strategies to encourage student participation and engagement
- Complete necessary documentation and reports related to student attendance and behavior as required
Experience
- Prior classroom experience or background in early childhood education, literacy, or math instruction preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience working with children of various age groups, including preschool or kindergarten levels
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and classroom management strategies
- Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and tutoring methods
- Experience working with individuals with autism or special education needs is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments and teaching styles
