Summary
The Business Executive Assistant serves as a strategic and trusted partner to the CEO, supporting high-impact business, communication, and organizational initiatives. This role blends executive support with business acumen — managing communications, preparing materials for investors and partners, and driving execution on key priorities that advance the company’s mission and growth. Potential to grow into a Chief of Staff role.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the CEO to prioritize, plan, and execute key business initiatives and strategic deliverables.
- Draft, edit, and prepare executive communications, including investor updates, internal announcements, and CEO LinkedIn content.
- Develop concise briefing materials, reports, and talking points for meetings, presentations, and external engagements.
- Coordinate and track strategic action items to ensure timely follow-through and accountability across leadership teams.
- Serve as a connector between the CEO and internal teams to ensure clarity of objectives, deliverables, and messaging.
- Prepare business summaries, performance updates, and documentation for leadership and board meetings.
- Support project coordination on high-priority operational and business development efforts.
- Maintain the CEO’s professional presence through clear, consistent, and polished written and digital communications.
- Draft and manage public-facing posts, thought-leadership content, and messaging aligned with company voice and goals.
- Collaborate with PR and Operations to align internal and external communication strategies.
- Proactively build and manage the CEO’s strategic network and key relationships.
Qualifications
Must-have experience
- 5 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a high-growth or tech companies.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills — able to synthesize complex ideas into clear, engaging messages.
- Strong business judgment, discretion, and ability to anticipate needs in a dynamic environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Chat GPT and other LLMs, experience with project and communication tools (Miro, Slack, Monday.com, etc.).
- Highly organized with a bias for action and attention to detail.
- A strong sense of aesthetics and the ability to create visually appealing presentations
- Self-directed and outcome-oriented, comfortable owning complex initiatives end to end.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
