We are currently hiring two passionate, hands-on Assistant Store Managers for our Roosevelt Field store. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team, support store leadership, and help deliver an elevated, on-brand customer experience.
The Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will partner closely with the Store Manager and leadership team to drive performance, support daily operations, and lead the team on the floor. You will play a key role in maintaining store standards, developing the team, and ensuring a seamless client experience.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys being both hands-on and people-focused.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading and developing a high-performing team
- Act as a leader on the floor, ensuring an elevated and on-brand customer experience
- Drive store performance by supporting sales goals and KPIs (conversion, UPT, AUR)
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members
- Support scheduling, coverage planning, and day-to-day team management
- Ensure operational excellence across cash handling, stock, and visual standards
- Maintain strong communication with leadership on store performance and team needs
- Step in to lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager
