We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Supervisor to oversee all back-of-house operations. You will be responsible for managing deliveries, organizing inventory, and ensuring merchandise flows seamlessly from the stockroom to the sales floor. In this role, you will lead a small team, maintain stock accuracy, and support store leadership to keep the store running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all stockroom operations, including receiving, processing, organizing, and replenishing merchandise.
- Train and guide stock associates to maintain operational excellence.
- Partner with store leadership to support sales goals through efficient inventory management.
- Conduct cycle counts, resolve stock discrepancies, and assist with audits.
- Ensure the stockroom and back-of-house areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
- Oversee timely replenishment to the sales floor to maximize availability for customers.
- Adhere to health, safety, and operational procedures.

- 2-3 years of experience in retail stock operations or supervisory roles.
