Subaru Superstore of Chandler family-owned and operated is seeking a self-motivated Automotive Internet Sales Consultant. We are looking for individuals who are driven, customer service orientated and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment! This is a top paying position!
Responsibilities:
- Create and build relationships with new and existing customers
- Determine customer automotive needs while educating them on new and used car ownership
- Meet and exceed dealership goals and sales objectives
- Maintain customer satisfaction to ensure return business and referral business with customer follow-up
- Engage in business development
- Drive Traffic
Qualifications for Internet Sales:
- 2 years of automotive sales profession background preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent customer service and follow up skills.
- Outstanding phone skills.
- Process driven, motivated and have outstanding attention to detail.
- Outgoing personality, positive attitude, and professional appearance.
