Whether you have previous sales experience or come from a customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, or other people-focused background, we provide the training and support needed to help you succeed.

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through one of the most important purchasing decisions they make. Your job is to build relationships, understand customer needs, and help them find the vehicle that best fits their lifestyle and budget.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and provide a professional, friendly experience
• Learn about customers' needs, wants, and budget
• Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
• Guide customers through the purchase process from initial contact to vehicle delivery
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction
• Build and maintain relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
• Continuously develop product knowledge and industry expertise

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays
