What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and provide a professional, friendly experience
- Learn about customers' needs, wants, and budget
- Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
- Guide customers through the purchase process from initial contact to vehicle delivery
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction
- Build and maintain relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
- Continuously develop product knowledge and industry expertise
