About the Role
We’re looking for a Creative Lead to own the strategy and execution of StudyFetch’s ad creative. In this role, you’ll lead the entire creative lifecycle - from researching high-performing ads in the market, to developing new messaging, hooks, and concepts, to overseeing the production of statics and videos. You’ll run daily standups to track performance, wins, and areas for improvement, ensuring a constant feedback loop between data and creative output. You’ll set the creative direction that powers our growth engine, partnering closely with media buyers and growth leadership to ensure ads are not only compelling but also deliver measurable performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the creative strategy for paid advertising campaigns across platforms
- Lead daily creative standups, reviewing performance and surfacing learnings to drive new iterations
- Identify and analyze top-performing ads from other companies, distilling insights into actionable strategies
- Develop messaging frameworks, hooks, and angles that improve acquisition and engagement
- Oversee production of static assets, UGC-style videos, and other creative formats, ensuring alignment with goals
- Edit video creatives in CapCut (or similar tools) when needed to set a high standard for speed
- Partner with ad buyers to ensure creative deployment and tracking aligns with campaign objectives
- Stay ahead of performance marketing and content trends, bringing fresh ideas into StudyFetch’s creative mix
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or content leadership for consumer tech or SaaS
- Strong portfolio of ads and creative concepts that drove measurable growth
- Hands-on editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Suite, or equivalent) with the ability to set quality benchmarks
- Data-driven mindset with a sharp eye for creative that resonates with target audiences
- Excellent organizational and communication skills; comfortable leading fast-paced creative cycles
- Bonus: Experience in edtech, subscription products, or influencer-driven creative

Compensation Range: $120,000 - $150,000 Base Salary
