YOUR MISSION

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pad Printer Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining pad printing equipment to ensure high-quality printing on ABS plastic. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to maintaining production efficiency.

· Set up and adjust pad printing machines according to job specifications.

· Prepare inks, pads, clichés, and other necessary materials for printing operations.

· Operate pad printing machines to produce high-quality prints on ABS plastic.

· Inspect printed products for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments.

· Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and technical issues with printing equipment.

· Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of pad printing machines.

· Maintain accurate records of production runs, maintenance, and material usage.

· Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

· Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve processes.

WHAT MATTERS MOST

· Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

· Previous experience as a Pad Printer Technician or in a similar role preferred.

· Knowledge of pad printing equipment, inks, and substrates.

· Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.

· Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical specifications.

· Basic computer skills for record-keeping and machine programming.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.

· Experience with color mixing and ink formulation.

· Familiarity with various printing techniques and manufacturing processes.

· Excellent vision.

Schedule:

· Full-time, M-F day shift.
