About Studio Lagerloef: Studio Lagerloef is a high-end residential interior design firm based in New York's Flatiron district, with projects across New York City, Connecticut, Martha's Vineyard, and Rhode Island. We work on full-service renovation, new construction, and furnishings projects for discerning clients, and we're growing into some of our most significant work to date.
The Role: We're looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join us three days a week in our NYC studio. This is a hands-on, in-person role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving boutique environment and can represent the studio with confidence by communicating directly with clients, architects, and contractors.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project timelines, procurement, and vendor coordination across multiple active projects
- Lead client communications and meeting follow-ups
- Coordinate with architects, general contractors, and tradespeople on renovation and new construction projects
- Oversee FF&E purchasing, lead time tracking, delivery scheduling, and install coordination
- Keep projects organized and moving between principal-led client meetings and site visits
Qualifications:
- 7 years of project management experience in high-end residential interior design
- Deep knowledge of the procurement process and experience with coordinating trade vendors, lead times, freight, and receiving
- Polished communicator, comfortable interfacing directly with clients
- Proficiency in Studio Designer & AutoCAD
- Based in NYC and available in-person three days per week
