Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Technician located in Calabasas, CA. The technician will install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems for our rental fleet. Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment, performing preventive maintenance, assiting in bulding of new equipment.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting HVAC systems to diagnose and solve technical issues
- Proficiency in Plumbing and Preventive Maintenance for HVAC systems
- Proficiency in air cooled chiller systems
- Knowledge of EPA regulations and certifications related to HVAC services
- Understanding of basic Electricity and electrical system maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Physical ability to handle equipment, tools, and work in varying environments
- HVAC certification and valid EPA license strongly preferred
- Previous experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
