We are seeking a motivated and organized Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our Bountiful Implant Center. Stubbs Dental focuses on implants and All-on-X full mouth restoration. Your primary job responsibility would be to guide patients through the process of the AOX treatment plan and other general dental plans. Other responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities
- Presenting and closing AOX treatment plans to dental patients.
- Help the office hit their revenue goals.
- Have a firm understanding of third party financing options and procedures.
- Collecting payments for large treatment plans.
- Being familiar or becoming familiar with dental insurance benefits and utilization.
- Play a major role in helping our patients from start to finish in their treatment plan.
- Respond efficiently to patient and doctor needs and inquiries.
- Support marketing and promotion initiatives.
- Follow prospective patients through Modento and Hubspot.
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Proficiency in Denticon preferred, but proficiency in a dental software required
- Knowledge of Husbpot a plus.
- Knowledge of Modento a plus.
- Negotiating and sales experience.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $4,500.00 - $10,000.00 per month
