Dental Care Now is a fast-growing emergency and comprehensive dental practice focused on helping patients get out of pain and complete the treatment they actually need.
Many of our patients do not have dental insurance, so means treatment must be presented clearly, confidently, and with real value.
We are looking for a top-tier Treatment Plan Presenter / Treatment Coordinator who can connect with patients and consistently close treatment.
If you have a proven track record presenting $5,000–$25,000 treatment plans and getting patients to say yes, we want to talk to you.
The Role
Help patients understand their treatment and confidently move forward with care.
You will be responsible for:
- Presenting treatment plans clearly and confidently
- Helping patients understand the value and urgency of treatment
- Handling cost objections professionally
- Explaining payment options (we have financing)
- Closing treatment the same day
This role is results-driven.
We are specifically looking for someone who can show proof of their closing performance.
We Are Specifically Looking For Someone Who:
- Has real experience presenting treatment
- Is comfortable presenting $5k–$25k cases
- Can confidently discuss money
- Can build trust quickly with patients in pain
- Knows how to handle objections without pressure
- Is motivated by results and performance
Required: Proven Results
To be considered, you should be able to share metrics such as:
- Case acceptance percentage
- Average treatment plan size
- Monthly production you helped close
- Same-day treatment acceptance rate
We are looking for proven closers, not order takers.
Compensation
- $23–$30/hr base
- Performance bonuses tied to treatment acceptance
- Opportunity to earn $60k–$90k annually with performance
