Position: Treatment Coordinator
We are looking for a high-performing Treatment Coordinator to join our growing, family operated dental practice. This is not a passive front office role. This is a key revenue driving position focused on helping patients move forward with life changing treatment while delivering an exceptional experience from start to finish.
Our practice is built on patient trust, high level service, and strong case acceptance. We are looking for someone who can confidently guide patients through their treatment, help them say yes, and keep our schedule full and productive.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Presenting treatment plans with confidence and clarity
• Helping patients understand the value of their care and moving them toward scheduling
• Closing treatment, especially larger cases such as full arch and comprehensive care
• Filling and optimizing the schedule to keep providers productive
• Following up on unscheduled treatment and reactivating patients
• Coordinating insurance and financial options in a way patients can easily understand
• Creating a smooth, supportive, and high trust patient experience
• Working closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless handoffs

Compensation & Benefits
• $25 to $30 per hour based on experience and performance
