Stu’s Home Improvement Outlet, the fastest-growing home improvement and discount retail store in the Tri-State area, is hiring a Social Media Coordinator Content Creator to help bring our brand story to life.
We’ve grown from 0 to 20 full-time employees since opening — and we now need a creative, organized, and self-driven content professional who can capture our daily operations, new products, customer impact stories, and massive community footprint.

⭐ About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Social Media Coordinator / Content Creator to manage and grow our presence across:
- TikTok
- YouTube
- Facebook Marketplace
- Google Business
- In-store digital screens and marketing
You’ll film new arrivals, highlight major deals, shoot daily content, create product reels, capture customer stories, and help us showcase the mission behind the store.
This is an on-site role with full access to inventory, allowing you to create engaging content every day.
🎥 What You’ll Do
- Film and photograph new items as they arrive
- Post daily content across all social media platforms
- Hold daily live video sessions showcasing new items
- Create promotional events, sales flyers, and weekly deal posts
- Respond to customer messages and comments professionally
- Manage our online brand image and voice
- Assist the owner with administrative and marketing tasks
- Upload new items to online platforms (FB Marketplace, Shopify, etc.)
- Edit video content for reels, TikToks, and YouTube
- Work with the marketing team to execute campaigns
- Drive measurable growth in followers, engagement, and store traffic
🧰 Skills We’re Looking For
- Experience filming, editing, and creating engaging short-form content
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms & trends
- Ability to work fast in a high-energy retail environment
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools
- Familiar with Facebook Marketplace and product posting
- Google Suite experience required
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail

📍 Schedule & Compensation
