Stu’s Home Improvement Outlet is hiring Retail Sales Associates to help customers find appliances, furniture, flooring, tools, lighting, and home improvement products. We are a fast-growing retail store and need reliable, motivated people who want long-term growth and a stable career in retail and customer service.
Job Summary:
This position is a Retail Sales Associate role that focuses on customer service, helping customers on the sales floor, answering questions, organizing merchandise, and supporting daily store operations. Experience in retail, customer service, appliance sales, furniture sales, or home improvement stores is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide strong customer service.
Help customers with questions about appliances, furniture, flooring, tools, and other home goods.
Guide customers through the sales process and help them find the best product for their needs.
Maintain clean aisles, organized shelves, and well-stocked displays.
Price, tag, and merchandise new inventory.
Assist customers with loading purchases when needed.
Use basic computer programs including point-of-sale and messaging.
Work with the team to meet daily sales goals and store standards.
Perform general retail duties such as straightening the sales floor and organizing products.
Qualifications:
Customer service or retail experience preferred.
Experience with appliances, furniture, or home improvement retail is a plus.
Must be reliable, friendly, and comfortable talking with customers.
Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds with team assistance when needed.
Must be available to work rotating weekends.
Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Projected Total Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
