The Lead Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing project and production schedules across multiple departments. This role ensures that all activities within manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams are properly planned, coordinated, and executed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
Lead the development, coordination, and management of master schedules for all ongoing projects and manufacturing operations.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and production staff to establish accurate schedules and milestones.
Track progress, analyze deviations, and propose corrective actions to keep projects on target.
Prepare and maintain detailed reports, dashboards, and timelines for senior management.
Identify potential risks or bottlenecks in project timelines and recommend mitigation strategies.
Coordinate resource allocation and workload distribution to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Manage schedule updates and ensure data accuracy in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP).
Support continuous improvement initiatives in scheduling and production planning processes.
Mentor and guide junior schedulers or planning coordinators to enhance overall team capability.
Participate in project meetings to provide schedule status updates and performance analysis.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all planning and scheduling activities.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in scheduling, project planning, or production coordination.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain operations, and project management principles.
Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent tools).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational, leadership, and time management abilities.
Excellent communication skills—able to collaborate across multiple teams and departments.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
