What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apprentice Plumber position at Structured Trades?
We are now hiring Helper, Apprentice and Journeyman Plumbers for high-profile commercial projects in the San Antonio, TX area. If you're a dedicated Commercial plumber with at least 2 years of experience, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in commercial buildings
- Inspect and test plumbing systems for proper operation and safety
- Read and interpret blueprints and plumbing schematics (Journeyman plumber level)
- Ensure all work meets local and state plumbing codes
- Work alongside other plumbers and trades to complete project goals
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a commercial plumber or plumber apprentice
- Active TSBPE Apprentice or Journeyman Plumber License required
- Must have your own hand tools
- Must be reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Able and willing to work overtime when needed
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems and commercial jobsite protocols
- Osha 10 required (willing to obtain)
