Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ceramic Tile Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality ceramic tiles across various residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces, ensuring durability, aesthetic appeal, and adherence to safety standards. Duties
- Measure, cut, and lay ceramic tiles according to project specifications and technical drawings
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary adhesives or mortar
- Install various flooring types.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete installations efficiently and accurately
- Interpret construction plans and technical drawings to ensure proper layout and alignment of tiles
- Perform floor refinishing, caulking, trim carpentry, fixture installation as needed
- Maintain a clean work environment by managing debris and ensuring safety compliance throughout the project
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction installation, including flooring, tile laying, carpentry, or remodeling projects is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Skilled in handling hand tools and power tools used in flooring and building material installation
- Familiarity with building installation safety standards and regulations
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Valid construction site experience with the ability to read blueprints and technical plans confidently
