Duties
- Assemble residential structures using hand tools and power tools, including framing, drywall installation, flooring, and trim carpentry
- Install fixtures such as doors, windows, cabinetry, and hardware with attention to detail
- Perform finishing tasks like painting, caulking, and plastering to achieve polished results
- Conduct basic electrical work, plumbing installation, and electrical fixture setup in accordance with safety standards
- Frame, layout and build floors and walls
- Assist with roofing construction
- Follow blueprints and construction plans accurately while adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely progress on each phase of home assembly
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Experience
- Prior construction experience or hands-on work in building assembly or remodeling preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in carpentry, drywall installation, flooring, and other trades
- Electrical experience or plumbing skills are highly desirable for versatile contributions
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and ability to follow OSHA guidelines
- Highly motivated, self-started who takes pride in their work
- Loves working on a team but can work independently when needed.
We offer weekdays (Monday thru Friday), 8-hour shifts, and full-time hours.
