What You'll Do
- Perform residential plumbing service and drain cleaning
- Diagnose plumbing issues and identify root causes
- Recommend appropriate repair and service solutions to homeowners
- Clearly communicate plumbing issues, repair options, and recommendations to customers
- Complete plumbing repairs from start to finish without unnecessary handoffs
- Handle a mix of general residential plumbing and drain cleaning calls
- Participate in the company's on-call rotation approximately every 6-8 weeks
- Respond to emergency service calls during required on-call hours
What We're Looking For
- Residential service plumbing experience required
- Licensed plumber or currently working toward plumbing licensure
- Experience with residential plumbing repairs and diagnostics
- Drain cleaning experience strongly preferred
- Ability to independently run residential service calls
- Strong technical plumbing skills and/or strong customer-facing and sales ability
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation every 6-8 weeks
