🌟 Specializing in Personal Training for Adults 50 Stronger Now is a personal training studio devoted to helping adults over 50 reclaim their strength, vitality, and independence through evidence-based strength training. We're not just building bodies—we're preserving lives through functional fitness, personal connection, and lifelong movement. We're currently looking for motivated, thoughtful, and coachable individuals to join our team as Coaches-in-Training, Assistant Coaches, Strength Coaches, and eventually Head Coaches.💼 Compensation Pathway. Our structured pay scale rewards initiative, responsibility, and expertise:
- Coach-in-Training: $15/hr
- Assistant Coach: $15-$20/hr
- Strength Coach: $22-$28/hr
- Head Coach: Up to $31-$40/hr
Pay increases as you take on more coaching responsibility and demonstrate mastery of key principles.đź§
