Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional coaching and support to Members using the Starting Strength Method.
- Monitor Member progress and ensure adherence to programming and technique.
- Build positive relationships with Members, fostering a culture of trust and encouragement.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming gym environment.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the Member Experience.
Requirements
- Strong customer service background, ideally in fitness, hospitality, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for helping others achieve their goals.
- Willingness to complete Starting Strength training and development.
- Available for both afternoon and evening classes, 30 hours per week. Able to work extra shifts when needed to cover for staff vacation, sick leave, etc.
Compensation & Benefits
- $20-$40/hour. Competitive hourly rate or salary, depending on experience and skills.
- Additional compensation through coaching clients online.
- No sales quotas—focus entirely on coaching and Member success.
- Paid training and development on the Starting Strength Method.
