Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Framer to join our construction crew in Rexburg, ID. The ideal candidate has experience in residential and/or light commercial framing and takes pride in quality workmanship. This is a full-time position with consistent work for the right individual.
Responsibilities
- Frame walls, floors, roofs, and structures according to plans and specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and building materials
- Install sheathing, trusses, and structural components
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet project timelines
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Qualifications
- Previous framing or general construction experience preferred (pay based on experience)
- Knowledge of basic construction methods and materials
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work well with others and take direction
- Valid driver’s license preferred
