- Ensuring every event and campaign has a clear path to pipeline and sales engagement
- Managing external paid media agencies with a focus on SQLs and pipeline value

- Delivering reporting that ties spend directly to pipeline, sales velocity, and customer acquisition cost
What they’re looking for

- Strong understanding of the data engineering and AI landscape, including how to engage both practitioners and executive stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, including lead scoring and attribution
- Proven ability to manage agencies against pipeline goals rather than top-of-funnel metrics
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to engage senior technical audiences
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales and RevOps in an account-based environment
- Highly organized with the ability to manage complex event logistics and media programs simultaneously
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and a high level of ownership
