We are working with a Data Infrastructure company who are looking to make a key marketing hire as part of their scaling journey. A Content Engineer is next on the list. This is someone equal parts writer, builder, and AI power user.

The Leadership & Culture
- Reports into a hands-on marketing leader who has previously exited for 9-figures.
- Cross-functional exposure across Marketing, Product, and Community from day one.
- Builder culture i.e. low ego, flexible, high output.
- Wider Leadership team also have seperate 9-figure exits.
The Role
- Content Engineer (growth hire)
- $130k–$150k base,full benefits (100% health coverage) equity
- Own long-form, LinkedIn, newsletters, web, and partner content as the main priority.
- Become the internal AI expert for the broader marketing org.
- Remote - East Coast.
Process
- Stage 1: 30 minute vibe check
- Stage 2: 1 hour deep dive
- Stage 3: Panel interview
- Stage 4: Practical task (sample blog post or content brief)
