Our partner looking for a BDR Manager to step into a critical, high-impact role at a key stage of growth. This isn’t a plug-and-play environment, it’s an opportunity to take an existing team, build structure, and elevate performance. You’ll play a central role in shaping how outbound pipeline is generated, working closely with Sales leadership to turn the BDR function into a consistent and scalable revenue driver.

· Building a highly technical product designed to solve complex security and data challenges at scale
· Currently at a key inflection point — strong foundation in place, now focused on scaling pipeline generation and outbound performance
About the Role:
· As a BDR Manager, you will lead and develop a team of 7 BDRs, focused on driving qualified pipeline through outbound efforts
· This is a high-impact, build-and-scale role — focused on improving performance, creating structure, and turning the team into a repeatable growth engine
· You will partner closely with Sales leadership and RSMs to align pipeline generation with revenue goals
What You’ll Be Responsible For
· Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7 BDRs (junior to senior mix)
· Drive performance against a clear north star: qualified meetings booked
· Build and implement structure across outbound strategy, messaging, and sequencing
· Establish performance rigor across activity, pipeline generation, and accountability
· Coach reps on discovery, qualification (BANT), and navigating technical conversations
· Partner with Sales leadership to align on pipeline targets and territory coverage
· Improve consistency and output across the team, turning current motion into a scalable engine
What We’re Looking For
· 1 year of sales leadership or management experience
· Background in SaaS, cybersecurity, or technical products
· Strong understanding of outbound sales and pipeline generation
· Experience operating in a startup or high-growth environment
· Proven ability to build process, improve performance, and drive accountability
· Strong communication skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and influence a team
Key Skills & Experience
· Experience managing or influencing SDR/BDR teams and outbound motions
· Ability to translate technical products into simple, effective messaging
· Strong operational mindset; able to build structure where it doesn’t exist
· Data-driven approach to performance management and coaching
· Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales and GTM leadership
· Experience using tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and sales engagement platforms
· Familiarity with AI tools and workflows is a plus (AI usage encouraged)
