- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events from start to finish
- Support logistics including scheduling, venue coordination, materials preparation, and vendor communication
- Maintain detailed event documentation, timelines, and checklists
- Collaborate with team members to ensure events align with company objectives
- Provide on-site or virtual event support as needed
- Assist with post-event evaluations and reporting
