We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of our academic and corporate events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, excels in coordination tasks, and brings a proactive attitude to ensure every event runs smoothly and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events, workshops, and conferences.
- Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, venue preparation, materials, and onsite support.
- Maintain communication with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful event delivery.
- Prepare event materials, registration lists, documentation, and follow-up reports.
- Support onsite operations, including guest assistance, setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting.
- Contribute creative input to enhance attendee engagement and event quality.
