The Operations Manager plays a key role in ensuring the school runs smoothly day-to-day. This role focuses on coordinating systems, managing logistics, and supporting staff and families so that teachers can focus on instruction and students can thrive. This is a role for someone who likes a fast pace and dealing with people.

To be qualified for this role, you must either have experience in school operations or in a management capacity such as managing a store or a restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
School Operations & Systems
- Maintain and improve systems that keep the school organized and running efficiently
- Troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues as they arise
- Coordinate communication and logistics for family events (e.g., school tours)
- Serve as a point of contact for operational questions from families
- Support teachers and staff with materials, scheduling, and logistics
- Coordinate staff schedules
- Help onboard new staff and ensure they are set up for success day-to-day
- Help plan and execute school events
To be qualified for this role, you must either have experience in school operations or in a management capacity such as managing a store or a restaurant.
Compensation/Benefits
- $70,000 to $100,000 depending on experience.
