About the Role
Striden is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to support daily front desk operations and provide excellent service to guests, employees, and clients. This role supports reception, hospitality, office coordination, and administrative functions in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary front desk contact for guests, visitors, and employees
- Greet and assist incoming guests in a professional and welcoming manner
- Register guests and assist with entry procedures
- Guide visitors to meeting rooms and office spaces as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and lobby area
- Support pantry hospitality, copier stations, and office supply management
- Assist with meeting coordination, office events, and hoteling support
- Order, organize, and restock office and pantry supplies
- Provide additional administrative support as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous customer service, hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or reception experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
