Paralegal – Antitrust, Competition & Economic Regulation

Leading global law firm seek experienced Paralegal to join its Antitrust, Competition & Economic Regulation practice. This role offers the opportunity to support complex, high-profile antitrust investigations and litigation, working closely with market-leading attorneys.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage document retrieval, review, organisation, and production across large-scale matters
- Support Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) premerger notification filings, including drafting client requests, preparing submissions, and coordinating filings with the FTC and DOJ
- Maintain case files, including pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and research materials
- Assist with hearings, administrative proceedings, trial preparation, and case closure
- Conduct legal research and draft concise memoranda
- Prepare exhibit lists, privilege logs, and other trial materials
- Liaise with external document and litigation vendors, ensuring adherence to deadlines
- Maintain internal databases, including client advisories and work product
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior paralegals
- Ensure strict confidentiality of client information
Requirements
- 4–6 years’ experience in a paralegal role within a law firm or similar environment
- Experience supporting litigation matters; antitrust and/or HSR experience strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel)
- Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal certification preferred

Pay Transparency
The expected salary range for this position is $100,000 – $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit.
This role may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, which can include medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, and other firm-sponsored benefits.
