Treatment Coordinator:
As our new Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be at the forefront of guiding new patients through their orthodontic experience, ensuring they feel confident and informed every step of the way. You are a natural when it comes to building meaningful relationships and motivating others, and will lean into this strength as you influence patients’ decisions and navigate complex treatment options with ease. What you’ll need to be our Treatment Coordinator:
● Outgoing and socially poised; accomplishes goals by working with others
● Proactive and results-oriented with a hands-on approach
● Confident conducting impromptu scenarios and conversations
What you’ll do as the Treatment Coordinator:
● Guide new patients and families through the orthodontic care journey, providing education and support to ensure a positive experience
● Build and maintain relationships with both patients and internal teams to ensure comprehensive and personalized care
● Manage patient intake processes, including conducting welcome calls, verifying insurance, etc.
● Coordinate patient appointments and consultations, ensuring seamless transitions between different stages of treatment
● Maintain accurate records of patient progress, and proactively follow up with patients to promote continuity of care
● Present treatment fees and payment plans that will best fit patient needs
Hours of Operation and Locations:
● 7:30am - 4:30pm
● Required to travel to all locations - Fairhope, Spanish Fort, Bay Minette and Foley
