What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
As a Sales Consultant, you will partner directly with the General Manager to drive the studio's revenue and build a thriving member community.
Own the Close: Take charge of the sales process from start to finish. Conduct studio tours, establish rapport with prospective members, identify their wellness needs, and close membership sales on the spot.
Pipeline Management: Maximize a warm lead pipeline, focusing your energy on high-conversion face-to-face sales, member retention, and account saves.
Hit Elite Benchmarks: Maintain a personal sales conversion rate targeting 70-80% by masterfully handling objections and closing introductory sessions.
Deliver a Premium Experience: Ensure the front-of-house operations match our premium brand, maintaining a clean, welcoming, and high-energy studio environment.
Brand Ambassadorship: Represent StretchLab Lynnwood at external community events, marathons, and health fairs to drive local lead generation.
What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
Proven Sales Hustle: 1 years of sales experience (B2C, retail sales, door-to-door, hospitality, or aggressive campus/Greek life recruitment roles).
The "Closer" Mentality: You don't just order-take; you know how to uncover pain points, handle objections, and ask for the sale.
Resilient & Competitive: You are motivated by numbers, comfortable working toward daily/weekly targets, and thrive under pressure.
