Position Overview
The Fitness Sales Representative plays a key role in growing our studio community through membership sales, lead follow-up, and exceptional client experiences. This role partners closely with studio leadership to book introductory stretches, convert prospects into members, and help retain current clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist with membership sales and introductory stretch bookings
- Follow up with leads through calls, texts, and email
- Confidently present memberships, services, and retail offerings
- Build relationships with prospective and current members
- Greet, check in, and provide excellent service to studio clients
- Conduct studio tours and identify client needs and goals
- Help maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment
- Participate in community outreach and studio events
- Meet personal and studio sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results
- Comfortable prospecting and following up with leads
- Tech-savvy and willing to learn ClubReady/CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Fitness or wellness background preferred but not required
- Evening and Saturday availability required
Compensation & Perks
- $11–$13/hour based on experience
- Commission and bonus opportunities
- Free or discounted StretchLab memberships
- Part-time | 15–20 hours per week
- Evening and Saturday shifts available
- Sundays off
