What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Flexologist position at Stretchlab Vinnin Square?
StretchLab North Reading is seeking an experienced flexologist with strong interpersonal and stretching skills to supervise, schedule and evaluate the flexologists of the North Reading Studio. All Lead Flexologists must have been a flexologist and other stretch performing position for one year, gone through the StretchLab Flexologist Training Program (FTP) and have background experience in the health/wellness/fitness discipline.
StretchLab is the industry leader in offering one-on-one assisted stretching. With Co-Founders coming from the Personal Training industry, Stretch Lab has created a variety of offerings to empower clients to 'Live Long'. StretchLab has gathered a team of experts already certified in an array of related fields including physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, Pilates, and more. StretchLab prides itself on having the finest team of stretching professionals. StretchLab's proprietary flexologist training ensures that their client's receive a world class stretching session.
Lead Flexologists will also be required to act as regular flexologists for a minimum of 15 hours per week. Compensation for acting as a flexologist will be $15 per hour along with a utilization pay of $6.50 per 25 minute session or $13.00 per 50 minute session.
Lead Flexologists will perform the following duties:
Leadership & Team Responsibilities
- Mentor, train, and provide ongoing feedback to other Flexologists.
- Conduct performance reviews for the stretching team.
- Work with management to ensure operational excellence and staff development.
- Foster a positive, motivating studio environment for both staff and clients.
Business & Sales Responsibilities
- Build membership and retain existing clientele through sales and outreach.
- Assist with sales efforts, studio tours, and converting leads.
- Handle member concerns and issues as they arise.
- Maintain a strong social media presence to support membership.
Client & Coaching Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, one-on-one and small-group assisted stretching sessions.
- Conduct initial client assessments to identify needs and imbalances.
- Motivate and encourage clients throughout sessions, ensuring proper technique and safety.
- Manage client care, including booking recurring appointments and updating notes.
Studio Operations
- Ensure all equipment is clean, maintained, and ready for use.
- Attend staff meetings and required training sessions.
- Uphold StretchLab policies and safety rules.
