💼 Position: Area Manager
As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for the complete oversight of a main location while managing the performance and operations of 2-3 additional locations. Your leadership will be crucial in driving revenue, enhancing the client experience, and ensuring operational excellence across all studios.
🔍 Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of your main location and ensure the success of additional locations
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive membership growth
- Lead and mentor General Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure team alignment and success
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics across all locations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment that aligns with StretchLab's core values
- Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, staff performance, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the leadership team to execute marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all locations
