Compensation: $18 to $20 per hour plus commission on membership sales

Key Responsibilities

• Introduce prospective members to StretchLab services and schedule introductory stretch sessions
• Conduct studio tours and build rapport with clients to understand their health and fitness goals
• Drive membership sales through lead follow up, outbound calls, and community outreach
• Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling, client check in, and studio organization
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Represent StretchLab at local events, networking opportunities, and community partnerships
• Support a positive, team oriented, and high performance studio culture

What We Are Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales driven mindset with confidence in closing memberships
• Experience in retail sales, fitness sales, boutique studios, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Organized, dependable, and goal oriented
• Interest in health, fitness, mobility, or wellness industries
• Comfortable working in a commission based sales environment
