Role Overview

Streamline Machine Source Inc. is seeking a skilled CNC Mill Operator / Programmer to join our 2nd shift team at our Greenville, MI facility. We are looking for a precision-focused machinist who is comfortable both at the machine and behind the programming software. If you have a high standard for quality and a drive for efficiency, we want you on our floor.

Key Requirements

• Milling Experience: Minimum of one year of experience running CNC milling machines.

• Software Proficiency: Experience with CAM programming software is required.

• Mastercam: Ideally, the candidate will have direct experience with Mastercam.

• Technical Skills: Strong ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC mills for precision production.

• Utilize Mastercam/CAM software to create or modify programs for efficiency and accuracy.

• Conduct quality inspections on parts to ensure they meet strict tolerances.

• Maintain equipment and a safe, organized workspace.
