Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Technician role based in Washington, UT. The Technician will install, configure, and maintain security camera systems, access control systems, structured cabling, phone systems, and audio/video setups. The role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and connectivity issues, ensuring proper system integration, and providing on-site technical support. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation of projects and adhering to industry best practices for safety and quality.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in installing and maintaining security camera systems, access control systems, and audio/video equipment
- Experience in structured cabling techniques, including installation, termination, and testing
- Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving hardware, connectivity, and technical issues
- Familiarity with phone system installation and configuration
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and documentation
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate project documentation and reports
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective interaction with team members and clients
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to changing project requirements
- Certification in relevant technical fields or equivalent practical experience is an asset
- Knowledge of IT and networking concepts is an advantage
